Twitter Desktop Users Reported Problems when Trying to Sign In

According to DownDetector, around 4:30 EST they begun to have reports of users having problems when trying to log into their accounts, through the desktop version of the app, with approximately 60% of the reports, but are also some reports about problems in the mobile application, 26% of iOS and 13% of Android.
When the users are trying to log into their accounts, the site returns a message that says “That page has expired or does not exist. Please try logging in again.”
In the US most of the reports come from New York, Los Angeles, and Seattle, while in Europe, the reports come from London, Paris, Stuttgart and Stockholm, but there are also some reports from Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne, Madrid and Barcelona.
Japan users are also having this problem, most of the reports come from Tokyo.
