Instagram Launched a “Creators” Account to Help Content Creators
Date: 30 – September – 2019
The main goal of the account is to provide tips, tricks, and insights to help people who want to increase their activity on the platform.
Today Instagram launched the account @creators, the main goal of the account is to provide tips, tricks, and insights to help people who want to increase their activity on the platform. The information will come directly from Instagram and by collaborations with well-known creators.
So far there are just nine posts, one of them is a tip pointing out that 60% of users listen to stories with the sound on, for this post they used the hashtag #IGCreatorInsights, there is also a quote from @Indiana “Making videos and taking photos connects people in a way unlike anything else” and posts where they write about upcoming content for @creators from creators like @SusieMeoww, @BryceXavier, @LaurenGodwin, @LalaMilan and @ShalomBlac.
This is an interesting move for Instagram since it looks like what they are trying to do is increase the content on the platform pushed by creators by offering tips, tricks and insights for this, even if the account seems to be targeting only them, the information that they could share there will be really helpful to users, marketers and brands to improve the performance of their content.
